1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions BD9Bet (referred to in this document as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") and you (the user or "member") — this constitutes a legally binding agreement between both parties. 5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only upon receiving a confirmation from the system. If confirmation is not received due to a network issue, BD9Bet BD9Bet's system records will be treated as final.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Terms

In the following circumstances BD9Bet Reserves the right to void a bet:

• If a technical error is found in the odds or any related information
• In the event of an event cancellation or postponement
• If evidence of match fixing or irregularities is found
• If a user attempts to gain an advantage through fraudulent means

5.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift between the time a bet is placed and when it is confirmed in the system, the bet may either be accepted at the new odds or cancelled.

5.4 Maximum Winnings Cap

The maximum winnings per bet or within a given period may be capped. These limits vary by game and betting category — refer to the relevant section of the platform for full details.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD9Bet:

• Fraud & Hacking: Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Bots & Automation: Automating bets using software, bots, or scripts
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through BD9Bet
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence or participating in the manipulation of sports event outcomes
• Third-Party Use: Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's account
• Restricted Territory Violation: Accessing the platform via VPN from a prohibited country or region

9 Account Suspension & Closure
